Waldron previously served for four years with Wipfli LLP. A certified public accountant, she earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Mark Westphal has been promoted to assistant vice president of Bankers’ Bank, Madison, Wisconsin. He joined the organization in 2002 as a credit analyst. Westphal is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville. John Peterson has been named interim president and CEO of United Bankers’ Bank, Bloomington, Minnesota. He joined the company in 2002, prior to which he served for 17 years in bank operations, lending and branch management. Peterson is a graduate of Minnesota State University Mankato. Andrew Hoffman has been promoted to vice president of Bankers’ Bank, Madison, Wisconsin. He joined the organization in 2014 to manage the image cash letter business line and operations. Hoffman manages the payments and cash management’s divisional budgeting and dashboard performance reporting and is a member of the faster payments strategic solutions group. He is a graduate of Carroll University. Matthew Hladio has been promoted to executive vice president and chief commercial banking officer of Bankers’ Bank, Madison, Wisconsin. He joined the organization in 2017. Hladio is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Edinboro University. Garrett Marr has been promoted to first vice president of Bankers’ Bank, Madison, Wisconsin. He joined the organization in 1998. Marr is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Platteville and of the Graduate School of Banking at UW.
