She has six years of banking experience, serving as credit analyst and in lending. Gish is a graduate of Purdue University. HORIZON BANK / Michigan City Kathi Tilling has been promoted to the newly created position of diversity and inclusion officer. She joined the bank in 2014 with 14 years of experience in human resources, including seven years with an organization serving individuals with disabilities. Tilling has been active with Horizon’s diversity business council since 2017. UNITED FIDELITY BANK / Evansville Mark Isaac has been promoted to executive vice president, retail banking. He has been with the bank for 25 years, serving as assistant controller, controller, chief financial officer, and senior vice president business development. Isaac is board president of the Metropolitan School District of Mount Vernon; treasurer of the Posey County Historical Society and of the Mount Vernon River Days; board member of the University of Southern Indiana Varsity Club; and a member of the Mount Vernon Redevelopment Commission, Kiwanis Club and USI Alumni Association. He is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana and of the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. KENTLAND BANK Thomas Cutter has joined the bank as senior vice president/chief financial officer. He has 25 years of executive financial experience. Cutter is a member of the Kentland Rotary Club. Additionally, he has been active with youth sports and organizations including the YMCA, YMCA Foundation and the United Way. A certified public accountant, Cutter is a graduate of Western Michigan University. Jen Schutter has joined the bank as compliance/security and information security officer. She has 13 years of banking experience serving as a customer service representative, personal banker, branch manager, officer and assistant vice president. Schutter is treasurer of the Earl Park Fall Festival and a volunteer with Benton Community Promise, Prairie Crossing PTO and Junior Achievement. She is a graduate of Purdue University. Christopher Both has joined the bank as vice president/loan officer. He has more than five years of lending experience. Both is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Watseka and has been active with organizations including the Watseka Masonic Lodge, Danville Scottish Rite, the Illinois Student Assistance Program and the Iroquois County Genealogy Society. He has been certified by the American Bankers Association in commercial and small business banking, and he is a graduate of Kankakee Community College, Franklin University and the Midwest Agricultural Banking School at Purdue University. WEST END BANK / Richmond Katie Alyea has been promoted to sales and marketing director. She previously served as sales and service manager. Alyea joined the bank in 2016 as business development manager. She is active with the Wayne County Area Chamber of Commerce, the YMCA and Communities in Schools, and she has been honored as a Wayne County Outstanding Young Professional. Danielle Abrams has been promoted to mortgage loan originator. She has 12 years of banking experience. Abrams joined the bank in 2014 and has served as customer service representative, assistant branch manager and consumer loan processing manager.
