He joined the bank as a college student in 2011 and became staff accountant in 2013. Glover is board president of the Richmond Family YMCA and a board member of Centerville-Abington Community Dollars for Scholars. He is a graduate of Ball State University. Amy Larrison has been promoted to vice president/regional branch sales manager. She joined the bank in 2012. Larrison has served as past president of the Shelby County Chamber of Commerce, Leadership Shelby County board member, City of Shelbyville strategic plan committee member, Major Hospital Foundation annual support committee/affiliate member, and as a member of MIBOR and the Shelby County Builders Association. Angela Doty has rejoined the bank as branch manager/officer of the Westside and Centerville branches. She previously served as branch manager from 2013 to 2017. TRI-COUNTY BANK & TRUST COMPANY Roachdale Chuck Dixon has joined the bank as CEO and president. He began his banking career 44 years ago as a college student working part-time as a bill collector for the Lima, Ohio, branch of Huntington National Bank, where he remained for seven years. Dixon later worked for nearly 10 years for BancOhio National Bank, then as president and CEO at Community First Bank in Forest, Ohio, from 1993 to 1999. Most recently, he was CEO and president of Home Savings and Loan Company of Kenton, Ohio, prior to which he was president and CEO of The Pataskala Banking Company, Ohio. He also served the Community Bankers Association of Ohio as vice president. Dixon is a graduate of Ohio Northern University. Chelsea Grimes has been promoted to manager/loan officer, Russellville branch. She joined the bank in 2018 as a loan officer. Grimes previously served with Huntington National Bank as branch relationship banker and has six years of banking experience. She is a graduate of Indiana University. ALLIANCE BANK / Francesville Samantha Tabert has been named agriculture and commercial loan officer, Benton County office. She joined the bank in January as a lending trainee. Tabert is a graduate of Michigan State University. Laura Myers has been promoted to Monon office manager. She joined the bank in 2017 as a personal banker and has five years of banking experience. Myers earned an associate’s degree and currently is enrolled in the Indiana Bankers Association Branch Manager Certification program. CITIZENS BANK / Mooresville Christina Zike has been promoted to vice president of operations. She joined the bank in 1989 as a branch teller and since has served as assistant vice president, deposit/ electronic operations supervisor. An accredited ACH professional, Zike has been with the bank since 2000. Kimberly Harmon has been promoted to vice president of retail. She joined the bank in 1993 as a branch teller and since has served in several positions, most recently as assistant vice president/branch and retail manager. Harmon earned associate’s, bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Indiana Wesleyan University. Heather Brown has been promoted to assistant vice president of customer care. She has been with the bank for 10 years, serving in positions including branch teller and customer care manager. Lauren Harmon has been promoted to assistant vice president of Treasury management. She joined the bank in 2004 and has served in roles including teller and branch manager. Harmon is a graduate of Indiana University. Mark Lemieux has been promoted to chief experience officer. He joined the bank in 2015 and has served in retail and marketing. Lemieux earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond and an MBA from Indiana University. Cory Palmer has been promoted to chief information technology officer. He joined the bank in 1999 and most recently served as senior vice president of IT. Pennie Stancombe has been promoted to chief human resources officer. She joined the bank in 2013 and most recently served as senior vice president, human resources. Stancombe has earned designation as a senior professional in human resources. Kelly Stephens has been promoted to assistant branch manager, Russellville branch. She joined the bank in 2001, most recently serving as electronic banking specialist. Stephens worked at State Bank of Lizton as a teller and has 22 years of banking experience. She is a graduate of Indiana Business College.
