He has 33 years of banking experience, most recently serving as senior vice president, director of mortgage sales with First Financial Bank, Cincinnati. Applewhite has served as a board member for the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association, on the regional lender advisory board of Freddie Mac, and on a committee for the former America’s Community Bankers. He is a graduate of Indiana University. Robin Collingsworth has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail loan officer. She joined the bank in 2016 with 11 years of prior financial institution experience. Collingsworth is active with the Bedford Board of Realtors, the Bedford Chamber of Commerce and the Bedford Police Department. Joe Green has been promoted to assistant vice president, facilities and purchasing. He joined the bank in 2008 and has served in retail loan collections and trust. Julie Kloote has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior commercial analyst. She joined the bank in 2012 as a commercial analyst and in 2016 was promoted to officer. Kloote is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and of Leadership Jackson County. Brenda Habenicht has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail loan officer. She joined the bank in 2007 as North Vernon loan production office leader. Kelley Rice has been promoted to officer, employee relations. She joined the bank in 2014 as branch operations coordinator and in 2016 transitioned to employee relations administrator. Rice is a graduate of Indiana University and of Leadership Jackson County. Kim Stein has been promoted to assistant vice president, internal audit/Bank Secrecy Act officer. She has more than 35 years of experience in areas including branch administration, compliance and trust. Stein attended Ivy Tech Community College and is a certified regulatory compliance manager. Amanda Young has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail loan officer. She joined the bank in 2017 as a retail loan officer. An ambassador with the Columbus Area Chamber of Commerce, Young is active with additional organizations including CARS. She is a graduate of the University of Evansville and Leadership Bartholomew County, and she has completed leadership training through the Indiana Mortgage Bankers Association. LAKE CITY BANK / Warsaw Tina A. Rensberger has been promoted to executive administrative officer. She has been with the bank for 23 years and serves as treasurer for the Lake City Sams Chapter 47 Camping Club. Kristin D. Brown has been promoted to assistant vice president, internal audit officer. She has been with the bank for two years. Brown volunteers for Junior Achievement and the Fulton County 4-H Fair. She is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. Terry L. Bradley has joined the bank as assistant vice president, retail banking officer, Indianapolis Michigan Road office. He has eight years of financial services experience. Bradley volunteers as a youth tennis coach. Zach A. Fiandt has been promoted to financial adviser with Lake City Investments, a subsidiary of Lake City Bank. He has been with Lake City for three years. Fiandt volunteers with the Boys and Girls Clubs of Fort Wayne. A certified financial planner, he is a graduate of Purdue University-Fort Wayne.
