Hoosier Banker 61 FIRST SAVINGS BANK / Clarksville David Z. Rosen, has joined the bank as senior vice president, treasurer. He has nine years of experience in the banking industry, holding the former position of chief financial officer, and eight years of experience auditing financial institutions for CPA firms. Rosen has served as board president of the Ohio Valley Chapter of Financial Managers and is active with the Tri-State League of Financial Institutions. A certified public accountant, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Miami University in Ohio. James Nef has joined the bank as senior vice president, director of accounting. He has 12 years of banking experience and has served as vice president regulatory reporting manager, vice president assistant controller and assistant vice president accounting analyst. Nef is active with Boy Scouts, Junior Achievement and youth sports. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Southern Utah University. Jeffry H. Gosnell has joined the bank as senior vice president, regional manager commercial banking. He has 36 years of financial experience, including corporate banking, business banking, equipment finance and retail banking management. Gosnell is a graduate of the University of Notre Dame. Becky Lyons has joined the bank as regulatory reporting manager. She has been in banking for seven years, serving in positions including controller and assistant controller, and has additional experience in accounting, finance and internal audit. Lyons serves on the grants committee for the Dearborn Community Foundation, is treasurer of the South Dearborn Regional Sewer District and volunteers at local festivals. She is a graduate of Northern Kentucky University. Jessica Ankeny has been promoted to accounting manager. She has been with the bank for 15 years, serving in positions including teller and accounting clerk. Riggins joined the bank in 2009 as staff accountant and was appointed vice president in 2014. He serves as secretary of the Bloomfield Rotary Club and as board secretary of the Bloomfield-Eastern Greene County Public Library. Riggins is a graduate of the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Dwayne Hostetter has been promoted to vice president. He joined the bank in 2018 as head of the loan department. Hostetter began his banking career in 1978 with Bloomfield State Bank and has experience in lending, managing and data processing. He is president of the Bloomfield Lions Club and has served on the board of trustees for the Bloomfield School District and on the board of directors of Greene Education Services. A member of the Indiana Bankers Association 40 Year Club, Hostetter earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from Oakland City University. Joan Barnett has been promoted to secretary and treasurer. She joined the bank earlier this year as assistant treasurer. Barnett began her banking career in 2014 as compliance officer for Owen County State Bank. She is a graduate of Harrison College. Jami Corbin has been promoted to compliance officer. She joined the bank in 1985 as a customer service representative.
