He has more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial industry and most recently worked in business banking with First Financial Bank for three years. She previously worked in the legal and compliance departments of the bank before joining a law firm, where she served as a partner. Jean is as an instructor for Indiana Kids’ Election and a past supervising attorney and mentor for the University of Notre Dame/City of South Bend business pro bono project. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Butler University and a JD from Villanova University. INDIANA TRUST AND INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT COMPANY / Mishawaka Mark L. Andrews has joined the organization as vice president and wealth adviser. He has 20 years of experience in wealth management, most recently serving with D.A. Davidson Trust Company. He has also served as a deputy county attorney. A certified trust and financial adviser, Andrews earned bachelor’s and JD degrees from the University of Nebraska. Additionally, he attended the University of Notre Dame’s Tax and Estate Planning Institute, Cannon Trust Schools and the University of Washington School of Law’s Estate Planning Seminar. CLEARPOINT FEDERAL BANK & TRUST / Batesville Michael Johnson has joined the bank as senior vice president, investment management. He has more than 25 years of experience in the finance industry, most recently serving as senior vice president for Huntington National Bank. Johnson additionally has held key positions for organizations including Fifth Third Bancorp and Edward Jones Investments. A chartered financial analyst, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Western Michigan University and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. Johnson is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Beth Kmiec has been promoted to executive vice president, trust administration. Additionally, she has been named to the board of directors. Kmiec joined the bank in 2013 after prior service in the personal trust division of Chase Bank in Chicago. She earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame and a JD from the Loyola University Chicago School of Law. HOME BANK / Martinsville Karen Dransfield has joined the bank as business development officer. Her banking career spans more than 40 years, beginning in 1978 with the Indiana Bank & Trust Company and most recently serving as a KeyBank branch manager. Dransfield is a member of the Martinsville Rotary Club and a director for the Greater Martinsville Chamber of Commerce, where she serves as secretary and is a committee chair. Past community involvement includes the American Red Cross, Networking Business Women of Morgan County and Junior Achievement. Dransfield is a graduate of the Morgan County Leadership Academy.
