She joined the bank 26 years ago, while in college, as a part-time teller. Burton since has served as bookkeeper, internal auditor, comptroller, electronic banking manager and head of information services. She is a graduate of Purdue University and the Barret Graduate School of Banking. Kim Pickens has been promoted to vice president, chief retail officer. She joined the bank in 2017 as retail development officer and has 34 years of industry experience in a variety of customer service and management roles. Tara Garling has been promoted to compliance officer. She has been with the bank for 15 years, serving as teller, client consultant and Monon office manager.
