Hoosier Banker 53 MERCHANTS BANK OF INDIANA / Carmel Tony Holtzman has joined the bank as vice president of Small Business Administration lending at the Indianapolis office. He has more than 25 years of experience in the Midwest in lending, sales, credit administration, portfolio management and underwriting. Holtzman is a founding member of First Colorado National Bank. Annie Barbato has joined the bank as a Treasury management sales officer. She has seven years of prior experience with PNC Bank, NA, and has also held various roles in management and business banking. Barbato is a graduate of Indiana University. Rhonda J. Vandivier has joined the bank as a Treasury management sales officer. She has more than 25 years of Treasury management experience. She previously worked with PNC Bank, NA, in various sales roles as well as Treasury management. Vandivier is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. WAYNE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY / Cambridge City Mike Gaddis has been promoted to president and CEO. He additionally has been appointed to the board of directors. Gaddis has been with the bank for 28 years, most recently serving as executive vice president and chief operations officer. Kyle Clark has been promoted to chief lending officer. Laura Kehlenbrink has been promoted to chief human resources officer. SPRINGS VALLEY BANK & TRUST COMPANY/ French Lick Nikita Brown has been named manager of the Paoli banking center. She joined the bank in 2013 as a teller and was named a universal banker in 2018. Brown serves on the board of directors of the Orange County Service Council and is a member of Tri Kappa of French Lick and of the Indiana Bankers Association Future Leadership Division. She is a graduate of the Orange County Community Leadership Program. Chelsey Bell has been named manager of the Valley banking center. She joined the bank in 2011 as a teller and was named a universal banker in 2018. Her community involvement includes Tri Kappa of French Lick, PEO Sisterhood and Daughters of the American Revolution, and she is an instructor at Elevate Recreation & Gymnastics. Bell is recipient of the Golden Deeds Award and a graduate of the Orange County Community Leadership Program and of Vincennes University. THE NAPOLEON STATE BANK Joseph Moorman has been promoted to president and CEO. He supersedes Mark Comer, who retired on Jan. 31. Moorman joined the bank in 1984 and has served in several capacities including lender, Greensburg-Westridge branch manager, executive vice president of lending and secretary to the board. He serves on the board of the Decatur County Rural Water Corp. and is past president of the Decatur County United Fund.
