He also serves as CEO of the bank. Neff has been in banking for 45 years with 28 years at Boonville Federal. He holds an MBA and several banking degrees, and has been involved in numerous civic and governmental organizations. Neff is a member of the Indiana Bankers Association Forty Year Club. Kip Ellis, chief operating officer and executive vice president of Patrick Industries Inc., has joined the boards of directors of Crystal Valley Financial Corporation and First State Bank of Middlebury. He has 22 years of experience in leading roles with manufacturing firms.
