She has 36 years of experience in commercial real estate, including more than 10 years in the appraisal industry. Gianneschi is a licensed real estate broker and a certified general appraiser in Indiana, as well as a certified general real property appraiser in Kentucky, Michigan, Wisconsin and Minnesota. Additionally, she is a general review specialist-designated member of the Appraisal Institute and a member of the institute’s Hoosier State Chapter education committee. Gianneschi also serves on the board of directors of Indiana Real Estate Data. She is a graduate of Indiana University. Holly N. Clevenger has been promoted to vice president, retail banking loan officer. She has been with the bank for 20 years. Clevenger serves on the board of directors of the Rochester Athletic Booster Club and volunteers for Junior Achievement. She is a graduate of Manchester University. Dereck L. Stinson has joined the bank as vice president, retail banking officer, Indianapolis Clearwater office. He succeeds Gloria J. Crawford, vice president, who has transitioned to working on the bank’s community efforts in the Indianapolis area. Stinson has 13 years of financial services experience and is a member of the Noblesville Chamber of Commerce. He is a graduate of Indiana University and of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy. Alma R. Jimenez has been promoted to talent management officer. She has been with the bank for five years. Jimenez is a member of the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce’s Young Adult Professionals and an ambassador for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana for Kosciusko County. Additionally, she volunteers for the Lake City Bank Reality Store and Big Brothers Big Sisters. Jimenez is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College. Sarah J. Miller-Bontrager has transferred to the retail lending team where she serves as assistant vice president, consumer loan officer. She has been with the bank for 28 years. Miller-Bontrager served at the Shipshewana office for the past 22 years, most recently as retail banking officer. She is treasurer for the Westview Music Association and volunteers for Junior Achievement and Habitat for Humanity. She is a graduate of Anderson University. Rhonda Frank has been promoted to assistant vice president, payroll and benefit officer. She has been with the bank for two years. Frank is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and the Kosciusko Human Resources Association, and she volunteers for Junior Achievement.
