She previously worked at The Farmers Bank from 2005 to 2015 and held many positions in the retail banking department. She most recently served as senior branch office administrator for Edward D. Jones in Frankfort. Kelley is a graduate of Ivy Tech. Teresa Jansing has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager and cash management specialist. She joined the bank in 2009 and has 21 years of banking experience. Jansing serves on the Wayne County Chamber of Commerce Awards, Celebration and Events committee and is involved in numerous community events. Ryan Lathery has been promoted to vice president, retail lending. He joined the bank in 2014 and has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University East and an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Lathery serves on the United Way Board as treasurer and as vice president of the Union County Youth League. Leslie Werking has been promoted to assistant vice president, branch manager. She joined the bank in 1998 and has 21 years of banking experience. Werking is involved in numerous community events. Charity Mohr has been promoted to branch manager officer. She joined the bank in 2016 and has over 20 years of banking experience. Mohr is a graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University. She serves on the Shelby County Plan Commission and is a member of Shelby County Tri Kappa, Shelby County of MIBOR, Shelby County Builder’s Association and Shelby County Chamber of Commerce. He joined the bank in 2019 as trust client services representative and since has served in various capacities, including financial planning, investment management and most recently as a bank branch manager. Odle is a graduate of Indiana University. Ben Shaffer has joined the bank as vice president, commercial banking officer. He has 13 years of banking experience, with the last seven years being in business banking and commercial lending. Shaffer graduated from Indiana Wesleyan University and has an MBA from Anderson College. Jeffrey K. Davis has been promoted to consumer loan manager. He joined the bank in 1994 as retail loan officer and most recently served as Sheridan branch manager/mortgage loan officer. Davis attended Arkansas State University and St. Louis Community College. She joined the bank in 2011 and has a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and a master’s degree from Indiana University East. Evans serves on the Women’s Fund of the Wayne County Foundation, and she is a Dementia Friendly Trainer and a Junior Achievement Classroom Volunteer. Stephanie Bell has been promoted to vice president retail lending. She joined the bank in 2005 and has a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Bell serves on the board of Richmond Day Nursery & Preschool as vice president and is co-founder of the Girls Just Want to Give nonprofit. Kristi Herig has been promoted to senior vice president, leasing. She joined the bank in 1999. Herig holds an MBA from Anderson University and bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. She serves on the board for Brighter Path Inc. and as organizer for Ladies Giving Circle. BANKERS ON THE MOVE SPRINGS VALLEY BANK & TRUST French Lick Ryan Heim has been appointed senior executive vice president and chief financial officer, superseding Darrell Blocker who has retired. As CFO, Heim is responsible for the financial operations of the bank and its holding company, SVB&T Corporation. He serves on the board of the Dubois County Humane Society and is a member of Kiwanis International, the Ireland Knights of Columbus and the National Financial Managers Society.
