He succeeds Christopher Cox, who has retired after serving with the company since 1995. Oumedian has more than 15 years of financial experience, most recently serving as Cinnaire’s controller for the past seven years. Previously he was a manager with Plante Moran and also has expertise in the real estate and construction industries. A certified public accountant, Oumedian earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan State University. Ryan Robinson has been promoted to executive vice president, operations and corporate risk management at Cinnaire Corporation, Lansing, Michigan. He has more than 15 years of experience. Robinson joined Cinnaire in 2011 and most recently served as senior vice president, and in asset management and risk management. He represents the National Association of State and Local Equity Funds on the Consortium for Housing and Asset Management board; serves as board president for the Lansing Housing Commission; and is active with Big Brothers Big Sisters, the Children’s Trust Fund, Ele’s Place, Haven House, Mother Teresa House, Boys and Girls Club and Holy Cross Services. Robinson earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Michigan State University. Mike Witt has joined Cinnaire Corporation, Lansing, Michigan, as vice president, asset management. He most recently served with Michigan State Housing Development Authority as acting chief of housing investment officer, prior to which he was director of asset management. Witt is a graduate of Michigan State University. Rachel Siminski has been named controller at Cinnaire Corporation, Lansing, Michigan. She has been an accounting manager with the company since 2019. Mike Johnson has been appointed to the board of directors of United Bankers’ Bank, Bloomington, Minnesota. He is director of graduate studies for the master of science in security technologies degree program at the Technological Leadership Institute. Johnson has more than 25 years of experience in security risk management, including service as chief information security officer and operations risk director at Minnesota-based Bremer Bank, and as an examiner with the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. Curt Johnson has been appointed to the board of directors of United Bankers’ Bank, Bloomington, Minnesota. He is president and CEO of Cherokee Bank in Iowa and has 22 years of banking experience, including management and risk experience. Johnson has served in board and committee positions with the Iowa Bankers Association and Iowa Bankers Mortgage Corp. His current board service includes Western Iowa Technical Community College and Cherokee Area Economic Development Corp. Additionally, he is active with Cherokee County Promise and Cherokee Rotary.
