Hoosier Banker 51 STAR BANK / Fort Wayne Tim Oliver has joined the bank as Indianapolis market president. He has nearly 30 years of banking experience. Oliver started his career as a credit underwriter and subsequently served as senior underwriter, vice president, senior vice president, executive director and managing directormarket executive at multiple Indianapolisarea banks. He serves on the boards of directors of the 500 Festival, Indiana Repertory Theatre and the Indiana chapter of the American Lung Association. He also has volunteered with Joy’s House, Habitat for Humanity, United Way of Central Indiana and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Indianapolis. Oliver earned an undergraduate degree from Wabash College and an MBA from Butler University. Marquisha Bridgeman has joined the bank as community relations manager, based in Indianapolis. She has more than 10 years of experience in community engagement and marketing. Bridgeman previously served as senior director of community engagement for The Mind Trust, prior to which she directed marketing and communications for Goodwill Industries of Central and Southern Indiana. She began her career in education and community engagement working for Mayor Bart Peterson. Bridgeman serves on committees for the YMCA of Greater Indianapolis Youth Development advisory board and is on the board of directors for Indiana Youth Institute. A graduate of Indiana UniversityIndianapolis, she currently is pursuing a master’s degree from the University of Indianapolis. Jean Hershberger has joined the bank as a commercial banker. She has more than 30 years of financial and banking experience. Hershberger began her career at Lincoln Financial Group in the commercial real estate division and later served as vice president of business banking at an Indianabased bank.
