She joined the bank in 2007 as a retail sales manager. Lavery attended Indiana University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Angelique Swartz has been promoted to community banking market manager, vice president. She joined the bank in 2000. She joined the bank in 2019 as a universal banker. Holderbaugh began her career more than 20 years ago as a part-time teller at American National Bank. She is active with Relay for Life. Lorena Gonzalez has been promoted to banking center manager servicing Dubois and surrounding counties. She joined the bank in 2019, serving as assistant banking center manager and in Treasury management. Gonzalez serves on the boards of directors of the Huntingburg Economic Development Committee and Teen Outback. She is a graduate of Oakland City University. Nicole Ford has been promoted to assistant vice president and assistant deposit manager. She joined the bank in 1995 as a bank teller and has served as head teller, supervisor, teller trainer, new account/ customer service trainer, consumer lender and assistant banking center manager. In 2017 Ford was promoted to assistant vice president and banking center manager. She is an ambassador for the Jasper Chamber of Commerce. Ford has completed certification as a branch manager through the Indiana Bankers Association. Megan D’Lee Elmore has been promoted to vice president in addition to serving as mortgage loan officer. She joined the bank in 2015 and transitioned to mortgage loan officer in 2017. Previously, Elmore was employed with Illusions Studio in Jasper for PREMIER BANK / Defiance, OH Heather Brown has joined the bank as retail district manager, west district, which includes branches across northeastern Indiana and western Ohio. She has more than 20 years of industry experience with expertise in retail banking, private banking and commercial credit analysis. Brown’s community outreach includes service with Lenawee County Habitat for Humanity and as an impact basketball coach at The Centre. She is a graduate of Siena Heights University. MERCHANTS BANK OF INDIANA Carmel Stacy Frazier has joined Merchants Mortgage, a division of the bank, as a residential mortgage loan originator. She has more than 20 years of mortgage lending experience, most recently serving as a mortgage loan originator for the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership. A graduate of Marian University, Frazier has been recognized seven times as a Five Star Mortgage Professional. 11 years. Susan Richardson has been promoted to vice president in addition to serving as senior mortgage loan underwriter. She joined the bank in 1995 and has held various positions in the loan department, including mortgage and consumer loan officer. Josh Lottes has been promoted to assistant vice president in addition to serving as business banker in Dubois, Orange and surrounding counties. He joined the bank in 2016 as a commercial analyst and transitioned to business banker in 2019. Lottes attended the University of Southern Indiana and the Midwest Agricultural Banker School cosponsored by the Indiana Bankers Association. literacy courses. She is a graduate of Tri-State University. Sheila Alexander has been promoted to community banking market manager, Fort Wayne. She joined the bank in 2005 and has 35 years of experience. Alexander volunteers for local events including Cinderella Dress Day, Cooking Men, Culinary Queens, Money Smart Week and Fort Wayne’s Day of Caring. Additionally, she is audit chairperson for the Fort Wayne Chapter of The Links Inc. and has served on boards for Civic Theater and the Martin Luther King Jr. Club.
