While this past year has definitely been out-of-the-ordinary, the Indiana Bankers Association Preferred Service Providers have stayed steadfast and strong. We did have three that chose not to continue the relationship, but we continue to have outstanding partners. IBA Preferred Service Providers are extremely helpful in allowing us to provide our membership with quality product-and-service offerings. To ensure that the IBA is endorsing qualified, viable products and services, the board of the IBA Service Corporation regularly reviews all PSP relationships. As a result, we can ensure that each PSP is dedicated to serving Indiana banks at the highest level, providing the value-added products and services that allow banks to remain competitive in today’s challenging market. While first and foremost helping banks succeed, our PSPs are also deeply committed to the Association and its success. They support the IBA on many levels, including committee involvement, trade show participation, Hoosier Banker article contributions, meeting attendance, information resources and so much more. The non-dues revenue they provide helps keep IBA bank member dues among the lowest in the nation, plus allows for attractive pricing at IBA’s many conferences and events. As 2021 approaches, we look forward to continuing to enhance the strong partnerships that help IBAmember banks succeed.
