Our services include: Student members of the junior board of directors of Alliance Bank, Francesville, visited Indiana Beach Boardwalk Resort in Monticello in September. They toured the facility, met with financial staff and learned about the history of the venue. Indiana Beach opened in 1926 and provided affordable entertainment during the Great Depression. Alliance Bank created its junior board of directors in 2015 as a means to develop leadership skills in local students, while connecting them with businesses and service organizations in their communities. Alliance Junior Board Members Visit Indiana Beach In the weeks leading up to Mega Reimagined, the Indiana Bankers Association has been sharing the story of banking as told through the IBA Commitment to Community (C2C) Awards. The winners of the C2C awards, reflecting community service performed in 2019, are to be announced at the virtual Mega event. Thank you to the 25 banks that submitted nominations for the 2019 C2C Awards, all of which tell the story of banking.
