She joined Indiana Trust in 2016 and was named director of compliance and human resources in 2017. Hammond previously served as a legal associate in the Office of General Counsel of the University of Notre Dame. She volunteers as a mentor with Camp Mariposa, is a certified fiduciary and investment risk specialist, and earned bachelor’s and JD degrees from the University of Notre Dame. Barbara Jean Fox has been promoted to vice president, director of operations. She joined the organization in 2008 as assistant operations manager and in 2019 was promoted to director of operations. Fox is a mentor with the South Bend Community School Corp. and is active with the United Way of St. Joseph County. A graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute’s Personal Trust School, she has earned designation as a certified securities operations professional and as a certified trust operations professional. Fox is a veteran of the U.S. Army. Melinda S. Brown has joined the organization as senior fiduciary tax manager. She also is a member of the Indiana Trust Women’s Advisory Group. Prior to joining Indiana Trust, Brown practiced public accounting in the Michiana region. She has served as treasurer and chair of the board of trustees of her alma mater, Bethel University, is active with Bible Study Fellowship International and is a member of the Indiana CPA Society. John DiMarzio has been promoted to information technology manager. He joined the organization in 2018 as systems analyst/ network administrator and has 23 years of experience in the manufacturing, financial and small and medium-sized business enterprise sectors. DiMarzio is active with community youth programs and earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. UNITED FIDELITY BANK / Evansville Chris Dunning has joined the bank as vice president, community executive and regional manager, Evansville market. He has nearly 30 years of banking experience. Dunning began his career as a teller and later served as a customer service representative, assistant manager and most recently as vice president and banking center manager for Old National Bank. He is past president and current board member for the Northside Kiwanis and PEACE Zone Inc. and an alumnus of Leadership Evansville. Dunning is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. Holly Donnan has joined the bank as office manager for the Newburgh banking center. She has 10 years of banking experience as a task force teller, customer service representative and most recently as an assistant branch manager for Old National Bank. Donnan serves as a volunteer for Special Olympics, Autism Evansville, and the Evansville and Newburgh fire departments. BOONVILLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK Rachael E. Basham has been promoted to senior vice president. She most recently served as vice president. Basham has more than 20 years of experience in customer service, administration and leadership, including 10 years of experience in the financial services industry, serving as Bank Secrecy Act officer and in the areas of IRA/ HSA management, deposit operations and human resources. Basham is a member of the board of directors for Southern Indiana Resource Solutions and a graduate of Ivy Tech State College. Amy D. McReynolds has been promoted to vice president, lending. She has 12 years of experience in the financial services industry in lending and deposit operations, most recently managing the bank’s commercial lending department. McReynolds has served in various community organizations including youth sports leagues. Lindsey N. Daub has been promoted to treasurer. She most recently served as customer service manager. Daub has 16 years of customer service experience, including six years of experience in the financial services industry. She is a member of Delta Theta Tau and a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. Katy Fuhs has been promoted to assistant vice president, accounting. She most recently served the bank as an accountant. Fuhs has more than 10 years of management and leadership experience, including four years of experience in the financial services industry. She has volunteered in various youth sports activities and attended Pikeville College.
