He previously served as executive business development officer, Terre Haute and Indianapolis markets. Shelton has more than 30 years of management, sales and leadership experience. He serves on the Ivy Tech Foundation board of directors, where he chairs the development committee; is board secretary for the Mid-States Minority Development Council; and serves on other boards including the Kentucky Wesleyan University Board of Trustees, the Terre Haute Board of Public Works and the State of Indiana Workforce Development Board. Kara Densmore has been named community executive assistant serving the greater Fort Wayne area, Lafayette and Terre Haute. She most recently was a relationship banker for the bank for three years. Densmore chairs the Old National Associate Community Engagement Committee, serves on the board and marketing committee for The Literacy Alliance and is a past volunteer for Junior Achievement. She has been in banking since graduating from Manchester University. FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK Evansville Cayce Hernandez has been promoted to first vice president, retail lending operations manager. She previously served as vice president, retail lending operations manager. Hernandez joined the bank in 2011. Kristina Jackson has been promoted to first vice president, human resource manager. She previously served as vice president, human resource manager. Jackson joined the bank in 2019 and has nine years of human resources experience. She is a graduate of American Intercontinental University. Miranda Pieszchalski has been promoted to first vice president, commercial underwriting manager. She previously served as vice president, commercial underwriting manager. Pieszchalski joined the bank in 2017 and has 13 years banking experience. She is a graduate of Murray State University. Kyle Kempf has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail loan adviser officer. He previously served as retail loan adviser. Kempf joined the bank in January. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from the University of Southern Indiana. Kayla Simon has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail loan adviser officer. She previously served as retail loan adviser. Simon joined the bank in January. Adam Quiroz has been promoted to assistant vice president, lead deposit operations and fraud specialist. He previously served as lead deposit operations and fraud specialist. Quiroz joined the bank in 2012 and is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana. THE FARMERS BANK / Frankfort Brandi Dunn has been promoted to retail credit manager. She joined the bank in 2018 as a credit/ collection specialist and has more than five years of banking experience, with prior service as a branch manager with another financial institution. Dunn coaches a junior high volleyball team and is active with 4-H. Jamie White has been named assistant branch manager, Noblesville office. She joined the bank in 2019 and most recently was assistant branch manager in Fishers. White has seven years of banking and lending experience, serving as a customer service representative, service associate and personal banker.
