Hoosier Banker 23 Scholarship Winner Named New FLD Advisory Board Members The IBA Future Leadership Division welcomes two new members to the Advisory Board in 2021. Members advise the Indiana Bankers Association on matters related to FLD events, offerings and strategies for reaching next-generation bankers and bank leaders, acting as ambassadors for the banking industry. Christopher Griffith serves as operations manager with First Harrison Bank, Corydon. He has been with the bank for four years and has more than 10 years of experience in the financial industry. Griffith specializes in branch operations with a focus on relationship-building. He currently serves on the advisory board of the Harrison Springs Health Campus located in Harrison County. Heather Lucas serves as product implementation officer, Treasury management team, of The National Bank of Indianapolis. She initially joined the bank in 2007 in retail banking and in 2009 moved into Treasury management. After a brief move out of state, Lucas rejoined the bank in 2017 as product implementation specialist, Treasury management, and was promoted to her current position in 2020. Nichole Hollingsworth, branch manager of the Lebanon office of North Salem State Bank, has been awarded the 2020 Indiana Bankers Association FLD 2 LDP scholarship. The scholarship provides $1,500 toward registration fees for the IBA Leadership Development Program. The FLD 2 LDP scholarship was created in 2019 to provide an additional benefit to IBA Future Leadership Division members. The goal is to help develop and inspire new leaders in the banking industry through participation in the IBA Leadership Development Program.
