He has more than 30 years of lending experience and is a graduate of Jacksonville University. Sean Garton has been promoted to officer status as branch manager physical security manager. He has 25 years of management experience. FIRST STATE BANK OF MIDDLEBURY Lance Weirich has been promoted to vice president, mortgage loan originator. He has been with the bank for 11 years. Weirich is a member of the Indiana Bankers Association Future Leadership Division and of the Middlebury Community Schools enhancement fund committee. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and currently is completing the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin. Tiwanda Glover has joined the bank as assistant vice president, branch operations manager of the new South Bend Avenue location in South Bend. She has 17 years of banking, management and customer service experience. Glover earned an associate’s degree from Bethel University, a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Casey Zitkus has been promoted to assistant vice president and controller. He is treasurer of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Elkhart County, as well a member of the chapter’s resource development committee and a Big Brother. Additionally, Zitkus is a T-ball coach at Cleveland Little League and speaks to accounting students at Penn High School about college courses, the CPA exam and career readiness. Lynda Hershberger has been named assistant vice president. She additionally serves as branch operations manager, Goshen region. Hershberger has been with the bank for three years. She is a member of the Maple City Kiwanis and serves as a Goshen Chamber Ambassador. Amyian Freeto has been promoted to banking officer, mortgage operations manager. She has been with the bank for 10 years and has more than 25 years of mortgage loan processing experience. Debbie Gordon has been named banking officer. She currently is the commercial loan operations manager, a position she has held for three years. Gordon has more than 32 years of commercial loan, credit, processing, closing and loan servicing experience. Becky Yoder has been named banking officer. She currently works in loan review and has been with the bank for eight years, serving in the escrow and mortgage servicing department. TRI-COUNTY BANK & TRUST COMPANY Roachdale Marilyn Wehrman has been named vice president of operations. She previously served as vice president/director of human resources. Wehrman has been with the bank for 12 years and has 23 years of banking experience. She earned an associate’s degree from Marian University and a bachelor’s degree from Western Governors University. Aric Pavlicek has joined the bank as loan analyst. He has seven years of banking experience in branch management and loan analysis. Pavlicek is a graduate of Southern New Hampshire University. Brandon Peacock has joined the bank as manager/lender of the Crawfordsville South Boulevard office. He has been in banking for 13 years, with experience in consumer/ mortgage lending and office management. Peacock is a graduate of Wabash College. Logan VanSickle has joined the bank as main office manager. She has three years of experience in frontline banking, branch management and lending. VanSickle has additional work experience in the public sector. Lisa Bray has joined the bank as director of human resources.
