He has been in the human services field for nearly 30 years, including 14 years working with home ownership programs. Foster is a board member of Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne and assists with Race Equity and Inclusion and Special Detention work groups, both through Juvenile Detention Alternative Initiatives. He is a graduate of Coastal Carolina University. Aaron T. Wood has joined the bank as assistant vice president, commercial real estate appraisal officer. He has 17 years of experience in financial services. Wood is an accredited member of the Appraisal Institute and has volunteered at Joyful Journey in programs for dementia patients. He has more than 30 years of banking experience, with most of the past 10 years in Angola. Rice previously was assistant vice president for Farmers & Merchants State Bank and branch manager for a credit union. He serves as treasurer of Rotary Club of Angola and of the Angola Area Chamber of Commerce, for which he also is a past president. Rice is a graduate of Manchester College.
