Walters has been active with the Miami County Extension Board and is a graduate of Berea College. Mitzi Middaugh Pilgrim, director of marketing, Crossroads Bank, Wabash, has completed 40 years of banking service. She joined the bank in 2011 after prior experience in other banks serving as teller, loan clerk, commercial loan processor, administrative assistant, assistant branch manager, branch manager and market leader. Pilgrim also has served as athletic department secretary at Wabash High/Middle School. She has been active with the Parkview Wabash Hospital Gala Committee, Wabash High School Hall of Distinction Committee, Moonlight Garden Club, March of Dimes, Relay for Life and Meals on Wheels. Deanna Maller, vice president, deposit operations manager and core system administration, Crossroads Bank, Wabash, has completed 40 years of banking service. She joined the bank in 2010 after prior service in other banks in positions including credit analyst-assistant manager, research department-assistant manager, bookkeeping department-proof operator/ trainer and teller. Outside of banking, Maller also has experience as a receiving clerk. She is a board member and past treasurer of the United Fund. Deborah Roy, vice president/branch manager of Crossroads Bank, Wabash, has completed 40 years of banking service. She joined the bank in 2003 and has served as branch manager. Roy also served as internal auditor with Farmers Loan and Trust Company, as accounting clerk with INB/NBD Banking Company and as relationship bank/ investment adviser with Bank One. Additionally, Roy was an accounting clerk with Plummer & Company CPAs. She is treasurer ANNIVERSARY MILESTONES it has remained costly to sit in too much cash liquidity. The banking environment continues to change at a rapid pace, and it can be a daunting task to keep up.
