She is president of the Westfield Youth Assistance Program, chairman of the board of directors of the Westfield Chamber of Commerce and vice president/founding member of Women of Westfield. Campbell is a graduate of the Hamilton County Leadership Academy. Angie Johnson, operations manager based in Kokomo, has been promoted to vice president. She joined the bank in 2008 and is a graduate of Indiana University-Kokomo. HORIZON BANK / Michigan City Joe Henrich has been promoted to senior vice president, senior technology officer. He has more than 20 years of technology experience, including managing client servers at a tier one datacenter, and serving as director of software development and an internal software developer. Henrich is active with Queen of All Saints School, including service on the advisory board and founder of the All Saints Viking Bots Robotics Club. A Microsoft certified developer, Henrich is a graduate of Indiana University. Lewis C. Scott has joined the bank as vice president, senior community development officer. His previous experience includes 10 years working with business development teams in the financial, insurance mobility and service industries. Scott is active with Junior Achievement-Berrien & Cass County. KENTLAND BANK Christopher Both has been promoted to senior vice president/senior lender. He joined the bank in 2019 and has seven years of lending experience. Both is a past president of the Kiwanis Club of Watseka and is active with organizations including the United Way, Illinois Student Assistance Program, Watseka Masonic Lodge and Danville Scottish Rite. Certified by the American Bankers Association in commercial and small business banking, he is a graduate of Kankakee Community College, Franklin University and the Midwest Agricultural Banking School. Jen Schutter has been promoted to senior vice president/chief compliance officer. She joined the bank in 2019 and has more than 15 years of banking experience. STAR BANK / Fort Wayne Kevin Cahill has joined the bank as senior commercial banker, Indianapolis Monument Circle location. He has eight years of financial industry experience. Cahill is active with Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, World Baseball Academy, Young Leaders of Northeast Indiana, and he serves as a Science Central Golf Committee and Gala Committee member. Cahill is a graduate of Purdue University. Kayce Krueger has been promoted to controller. She joined the bank in 2020 and has 11 years of experience in accounting, tax preparation, general ledger and financial statements. Krueger is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Park University. Schutter volunteers with Earl Park Fall Festival, Food Finders Food Bank Mobile Pantry and Junior Achievement. She is a graduate of Purdue University. Brittney Greer has been promoted to assistant branch manager of the Lake Village branch. She joined the bank in 2016. Greer is active with Junior Achievement and the local elementary PTO, and she heads the local Head Start Program. Jennifer Morgeson has been promoted to credit supervisor. She joined the bank in 2018 and has 24 years of banking experience, including 15 years in lending. She is a Dorcas Society member and past treasurer. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Eastern Michigan University and an MBA from Central Michigan University. Jim Parpart has been promoted to vice president, district manager. He previously served as Elkhart branch manager/business banker and as district manager. He has 29 years of financial experience. Parpart serves as a pack treasurer for the Boy Scouts of America LaSalle Council and is a graduate of Indiana University. Dawn Wurtzbacher has been promoted to assistant vice president, assistant compliance officer. She has more than 30 years of banking experience, including lending operations and compliance analyst duties. Wurtzbacher is a graduate of Purdue University.
