Mansberger does volunteer work with the elderly and with Junior Achievement. She is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College and of the Cannon Trust School. Ryan Neese has been promoted to vice president, manager of data analytics. He has been with the bank for 11 years. Neese is a graduate of North Central University and has earned an MBA degree. Corbin Holtsberry has been promoted to assistant vice president, commercial banking officer, working with clients in Kosciusko County and surrounding areas. He has been with the bank for four years. Holtsberry is a member of Young Adult Professionals, an ambassador for the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, a board member of City-County Athletic Complex and a volunteer for the Greater Marshall County Children’s Resale. Holtsberry earned a bachelor’s degree in agribusiness with a finance concentration. Dan Sloan has been promoted to assistant vice president, credit administration officer, after one year of service with the bank. He is a graduate of Indiana University. Kelsey Jenkins has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior loan administration officer. She has been with the bank for nine years. Jenkins is a member of the Northern Indiana Chapter of the Risk Management Association and volunteers with Junior Achievement. Stacy Price has been promoted to assistant vice president, senior financial analyst. She has been with the bank for 15 years and is a graduate of Indiana University-South Bend. Steven Burnside has been promoted to assistant vice president, investment officer. He has been with the bank for eight years, is a certified financial planner and volunteers with Junior Achievement. Burnside earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-South Bend and an MBA from the I.U. Kelley School of Business. Ashley Gott has been promoted to assistant retail banking officer. She has been with the bank for six years. Greg Emmack has been promoted to investment officer. He has been with the bank for three years and is a graduate of Western Illinois University. Jennifer Kooistra has been promoted to commercial loan operations officer. She has been with the bank for eight years. Kooistra volunteers with Junior Achievement and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program. She earned a bachelor’s degree from Thomas Edison State University and an associate’s degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Virginia Wirt has been promoted to senior loan administration officer. She has been with the bank for 15 years. Wirt serves on the board of Kiwanis Club of Elkhart and volunteers with the Salvation Army and Junior Achievement, and she has participated in fundraising for the Samaritan Center. Kyle E. Schwyn has joined the bank as human resources information system administration officer after 10 years of experience in human resources. Schwyn volunteers with the National Weather Service with the SKYWARN storm spotter program. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University-Fort Wayne and an associate’s degree from Indiana University-Fort Wayne. Kristen J. Heiman has been promoted to payroll and benefit officer after one year of service with the bank. She is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College. Andrew P. Dance has joined the bank as assistant vice president, retail banking officer, Fort Wayne northeast office. He has 23 years of experience in financial services. Dance is a Fort Wayne Educational Opportunity Center board member and Junior Achievement volunteer. Kyle A. Grimm has been promoted to special assets officer. He has been with the bank for six years.
