She has more than 35 years of banking experience. Baird joined the bank in 2000 as a teller supervisor and customer service representative. She later served as assistant branch manager and was promoted in 2007 to Lebanon branch manager. Baird serves as an advisory board member of Homewood Health Campus and as a member of the Cleanest City in Indiana. She has more than 25 years of banking and management experience. Murray is a graduate of Indiana University East. He most recently served as an executive at Altisource and as president of the Lenders One, Trelix and Castleline business units. Previously, Simon held positions including service as chief operating officer of New Penn Financial (now New Rez), CEO of Caliber Home Loans and chief operating officer of Freedom Mortgage. A certified mortgage banker, he has served on the advisory boards of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and has been voted one of the top 100 mortgage banking executives in the industry. Bob Bumann has joined the bank as vice president, commercial loan officer after 14 years of prior banking experience. He is an associate board member for Home of the Innocents. Bumann earned bachelor’s and MBA degrees from the University of Louisville. Evan Longacre has joined the bank’s mortgage lending team as mortgage loan officer. He has more than 25 years of experience in the commercial lending industry, serving with companies such as Oak Grove Capital (now Jones Lang LaSalle), American Property Financing (now Wells Fargo) and AMI Capital (now Wells Fargo). Washington most recently was a founding partner of the EagleBank FHA Lending platform, where he was senior vice president - FHA multifamily lending. He serves on the boards of organizations including the University of Maryland Smith School of Business, Victory Housing and The Columbia Foundation.
