50 JULY / AUGUST 2021 Lester F. Murray has retired from The Baker Group, Oklahoma City, after 35 years of service. He became an associate partner in 2014. Murray is known by many from his economic newsletter, officially named the Baker Market Update, but more widely known as “Lunch with Lester.” He began his career as a national bank examiner at the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency and later worked for a bank dealer department before finding his home at what was then called James Baker and Company. James Adducci has been promoted to managing director of Boenning & Scattergood Inc., Beachwood, Ohio. He has more than 20 years of investment banking experience. In his new position, Adducci will have an expanded role in the growth of the investment banking division while continuing in the global WI&E industry and advising on financial services transactions. Zoe Swetra has been promoted to business development administrator of Boenning & Scattergood Inc., Beachwood, Ohio, providing administrative, marketing and project support to the investment banking team. Swetra has seven years of experience in documentation, process automation, CRM development, web marketing and design, and project administration. ASSOCIATE MEMBERS CORNER Gina Hobbs has been promoted to marketing strategist of Boenning & Scattergood Inc., Beachwood, Ohio. She helps create targeted marketing strategies to align with overall business goals. Hobbs has more than 20 years of experience in strategic marketing and planning, national brand advertising, content marketing and public relations. Jonathan Barnes has joined Newcleus, Newtown, Pennsylvania, as vice president of business development. He has nearly 20 years of experience in financial services. He previously was director of executive benefits and vice president at two national executive benefit firms and also worked for a third-party recordkeeper. Barnes is a graduate of Louisiana State University. Stephen Citari has joined PWCampbell, Pittsburgh, in the newly created position of architectural project manager. He has more than 25 years of architectural experience, previously serving as a real estate project manager and design professional.
