Eric Holcomb. Dumezich was honored for her years of service on the Lake County Board of Elections and Voter Registration, which oversees and administers the election and voter registration process in Lake County. Qualifying institutions must: have a market capitalization below $1 billion at the prior year-end; demonstrate high-performing results; and show high scores in metrics such as efficiency ratio, earnings per share growth and full-time equivalent productivity.
