She has a background in marketing and sales, including three years in banking. Forsness is a graduate of Indiana State University. Rob DeHoff has joined the bank as retail real estate lending officer serving Decatur and Shelby counties. He has more than 20 years of regional banking experience. DeHoff has served as president of the Shelbyville chapter of Business Network International and as secretary of the Shelby/Decatur division of the MIBOR Realtor Association. He has also been a member of the Southeastern Indiana Builders Association, Greensburg Chamber of Commerce and the Shelbyville Chamber of Commerce. DeHoff is a graduate of Purdue University. STAR BANK / Fort Wayne Chris Stark has joined the bank as senior commercial banker, specializing in agribusiness in Fort Wayne and the surrounding northeast Indiana communities. He has 18 years of experience as an agribusiness lender and manager. Stark earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Ohio State University. Parry Leavell has been promoted to senior commercial banker, serving the Fort Wayne area. He joined the bank in 2016 and has more than 20 years of experience in business banking.
