She has been with the bank for 22 years and has served as a wealth advisory group associate, trust compliance and tax officer, and vice president/trust operations manager. Dailey is a Junior Achievement volunteer, president of the Parents and Students for Warsaw Men’s Soccer committee and has served as Kosciusko County Community Foundation Scholarship Committee reviewer. She is a graduate of Indiana Business College and has completed the Trust Tax School at the Cannon Financial Institute. Crystal A. Vander Bie has been promoted to assistant vice president, Treasury analyst. She has been with the bank for one year. Vander Bie serves as secretary of the board of SCALA (supporting Lincoln Elementary), volunteers at Warsaw Community Schools and participates in fundraising for Cub Scouts. A certified public accountant, she is a graduate of Central Michigan University. Brooke E. Bentley has been promoted to retail banking officer at the Kendallville office. She has been with the bank for 22 years. Bentley is vice president of the Noble County Council on Aging and treasurer of Experience the Heart of Kendallville. She is a graduate of International Business College. Maritza H. Patino has been promoted to One Call Center officer. She has been with the bank for 10 years and serves on the bank’s diversity and inclusion task force. FIRST BANK RICHMOND Kim Baughman has been promoted to vice president/leasing. She joined the bank in 2004. Baughman serves on the finance committee for the Richmond Meltdown Winter Ice Festival and has been active with the BikeTOURberfest for the Cardinal Greenways trail. She is a graduate of Indiana University. Angie Doty has been promoted to assistant vice president/branch manager for the Westside and Centerville branches. She rejoined the bank in 2019 after prior service as a branch manager. Doty completed the Management and Supervisory Institute and the Creative Leadership Program. Courtney Evans has been promoted to vice president regional branch administrator. She joined the bank in 2011. Evans is active with the Women’s Fund of the Wayne County Foundation, Alive Inside Committee and the local youth cheerleading organization. She additionally provides Dementia Friendly training to community organizations and is a Junior Achievement classroom volunteer. Evans earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis and a master’s degree from Indiana University East. Brad Glover has been promoted to vice president/controller. He joined the bank in 2011 while attending college and joined the bank full-time in 2013. Glover serves on the Centerville-Abington Community Dollars for Scholars and is immediate past president of Richmond Family YMCA. He is a graduate of Ball State University. FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF ANGOLA Maxwell B. DiCicco has joined the bank as a loan officer. He earned bachelor’s and MBA degrees from Trine University. FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK Evansville Elisa Snyder has been promoted to vice president, retail lending sales manager. She joined the bank in 1999 and has been in banking since 1980. Pam Parrett has been promoted to assistant vice president/retail lending. She joined the bank in 2020 and has 14 years of experience in lending and branch management. Kristin Reitenour has been promoted to officer status/EFT-deposit operations supervisor. She joined the bank in 2013. Reitenour is a graduate of Indiana University East and has earned designation as a national check professional. Niles Richards has been promoted to senior vice president/loan review. He joined the bank in 2006 and has more than 35 years of banking experience. A graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University, Richards attended the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin and the Harry Blythe School of Banking.
