Thatcher has more than 30 years of banking experience, most recently serving as Fort Wayne region president for First Merchants Bank. He has more than 30 years of experience in corporate and commercial banking. In his most recent role, Caligiuri focused on areas including credit, capital markets, derivatives, cash management, commercial card payments, trade finance and custody/ trust services. THE FARMERS BANK / Frankfort Brian Jimenez has joined the bank as commercial banking officer. He most recently served as senior healthcare business banker at PNC Bank, NA, prior to which he was business banking relationship manager at Chase Bank and senior accountant at BKD, LLP. Jimenez is a volunteer coach for Carmel Dad’s Club and previously coached for the Zionsville Youth Football League. A certified public accountant, he earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana State University and a master’s degree from Indiana University-Purdue University Indianapolis. FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF ANGOLA Angela M. Crone has been promoted to operations officer in addition to security officer. She joined the bank in 1997 and was named operations coordinator in 2010. Crone has taught multiple Junior Achievement classes and has been active with the Steuben County 4-H. She is a graduate of Trine University. OLD NATIONAL BANK / Evansville Mark Dobberstein has been promoted to Michiana market president. He also leads commercial banking efforts for the greater Michiana area market. Dobberstein has 24 years of financial services experience. He joined Old National in 2016 as a commercial relationship manager, prior to which he managed commercial lending for a credit union. Dobberstein has served on numerous boards and committees throughout southwest Michigan and Michiana. He is a graduate of Grand Valley State University. Denise Onest has joined the bank as vice president, commercial relationship manager, based in Fort Wayne. She has more than 30 years of banking experience, most recently serving as a principal relationship manager for Wells Fargo in Fort Wayne. Onest is a board member of the Fort Wayne chapter of the LPGA Amateur Golf Association and has taught community financial literacy courses. She earned two bachelor’s degrees from Indiana University and an MBA from Butler University. JACKSON COUNTY BANK / Seymour Curtis Miller has joined the bank as senior vice president and chief information systems officer. He has more than 25 years of technology experience in the banking industry, most recently serving as vice president of information technology at Heritage Bank USA in Kentucky. Miller is a graduate of Ohio University. REPUBLIC BANK & TRUST COMPANY / Louisville, KY Jeff Starke has joined the bank as executive vice president, chief information officer. He previously served for 11 years with Bank OZK in Arkansas, most recently as chief technology officer, prior to which he was employed by a community bank acquired by Bank OZK. A certified project management professional, Starke is a graduate of ITT Technical Institute.
