She attended Oakland Community College and is a graduate of the Institute of Certified Bankers. Steffannie Henkle has transitioned from the operations department to the compliance department as compliance analyst. She joined the bank in 2018 and has served as a customer service representative. Ashley DeCamp has joined the bank as an operations clerk/Automated Clearing House specialist. She has 12 years of banking experience, with expertise in ACH, wire processing and commercial cash management. DeCamp has been certified as an accredited ACH professional. Haley Just has joined the bank as mortgage closing specialist. She previously worked in supervisory roles at title companies for 10 years. Just is a graduate of Indiana University-Fort Wayne. Michelle Amick has been promoted to mortgage loan processor. She joined the bank in 2015 as a service associate. Haley Leon has been promoted to manager of the North Manchester branch. She joined the bank as a part-time teller in 2011 and since has served as a customer service representative. Kassy Taylor has been promoted to lead teller and customer service representative at the Roanoke branch. She has been with the bank for four years. PREMIER BANK / Defiance, OH Kyle Newman has joined the bank as vice president, commercial lender, serving the Fort Wayne market. He has seven years of industry experience, most recently serving as assistant vice president, commercial relationship manager for a community bank in Muncie. Newman is a board member of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana and is active with its Lunch Buddy and Real Men Read programs.
