Romhaad Davis has joined the bank as assistant vice president, business banking center manager for the new Indianapolis banking center. He has 12 years of experience in the financial industry, including six years in banking. Gurtner is involved with Purdue Extension and Future Farmers of America, and he was named Outstanding Indiana Young Farmer Advisor by the Indiana Young Farmer Association. He earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Purdue University and has been awarded an Honorary Hoosier Farmer Degree from the Indiana FFA Association. Karen M. Poff has been promoted to vice president, Treasury management officer. She earned the bank’s Burton B. Ruby Award in 2015 and President’s Club Award in 2008. Poff serves an ambassador for Harbor Country Chamber and is a graduate of Western Michigan University. Jeanetta Slabaugh has joined the bank as assistant vice president, branch manager, Syracuse office. She has 14 years of financial services experience. Slabaugh serves on the boards of the Syracuse Wawasee Chamber of Commerce and Wawasee Building Trades, and she is active with Tour Des Lakes. Slabaugh attended the Beer School of Real Estate.
