He has more than 20 years in financial leadership roles, including positions with Oxford Financial Group; Mirador Family Wealth Advisors, a subsidiary of Fifth Third Bank; Bank of America; LaSalle Bank; and ABN AMRO Private Investment in Chicago. Nogués serves as secretary on the board of trustees for the Homes for Children Foundation. A chartered financial analyst, he is member of the CFA Institute and the CFA Society of Chicago. Nogués earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of Maryland; a master’s degree from the Universidad Del Cema in Buenos Aires, Argentina; and an MBA from the University of Chicago. David Greenehas been promoted to region president of Indianapolis. He most recently served as market president of Hamilton County and previously was a commercial banking manager for 13 years. Greene began his career in 1985 with Comerica Bank and later served with Fifth Third Bank as vice president and middle market team leader for nine years. Greene is a member of the boards of directors of the Hamilton County Community Foundation and Impact Indiana. He is a graduate of Michigan State University. Mike Hurst has been promoted to president of region banking, spanning territory in Indiana, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio. He has more than 25 years of experience in the industry and previously served as region president and commercial banking manager for 13 years. Prior to joining the bank, Hurst worked in commercial credit and sales for National City Bank. He is president of the Morgan County Economic Development Corp. and serves on the boards for Susie’s Place Child Advocacy Center and Lynx Capital Corp. Hurst earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Purdue University. Chad Kimball has joined the bank as senior vice president and chief risk officer. OLD NATIONAL BANK / Evansville Santiago Rodriguez has joined the bank as vice president of business banking, Michiana commercial team. He previously was a commercial lender for 10 years in the Michiana market with PNC Bank, NA. Rodriguez has an extensive background in sales and commercial credit, as well as expertise serving the lending needs of medical, manufacturing and professional service clients. He will be overseeing Old National’s business banking portfolio in Michiana. Rodriguez has been active in community service in areas including early childhood education and higher education. He is a graduate of Indiana University-South Bend.
