He joined the bank in 2018 as a commercial lender in Kosciusko County. Palmer has 22 years of lending experience. He is a member of the board of directors of Combined Community Services and a member and past president of the Warsaw Rotary Club. Palmer previously served on the boards of organizations including the Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce, Animal Welfare League of Kosciusko County and the Wagon Wheel Center for the Arts. Rodney Morrison has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial/agricultural lending. He joined the bank in 2008 as a commercial/ agricultural lender. Morrison has several years of lending experience at other financial institutions. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University. Kim Bolt has been promoted to branch banking officer, Warsaw branch manager. She joined the bank as a universal banker in 2020 and was promoted in January to branch manager. Bolt has 28 years of banking experience as a teller, new accounts representative, financial center manager and loan counselor. She is active with the North Webster Tippecanoe Township Chamber of Commerce. Bethany Madding has been promoted to compliance and Bank Secrecy Act analyst officer. She joined the bank in 2020 as Warsaw branch manager and in January joined the compliance department. Madding has 19 years of banking experience, including customer service, loan servicing and branch management in the Warsaw community. She is a member of the Head Start Policy Council and Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana. Madding is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College. Tarrence Trusty has been promoted to assistant vice president, investment adviser. He joined Crossroads in 2019 as investment adviser for the investment center. Trusty previously was a financial aid administrator. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and a master’s degree from Taylor University. Mandy Durst has been promoted to senior deposit operations specialist officer. She joined the bank in 2004 as a teller. Durst was promoted to deposit operations clerk in 2006 and to senior deposit operations specialist in 2020. She is a graduate of Ivy Tech Community College.
