She has a bachelor’s degree from Grace College, is a graduate of the Kosciusko Leadership Academy and is a certified Treasury professional. UNITED FIDELITY BANK / Evansville Drew Austin has been hired as a commercial banking officer. He has 12 years of banking experience, most recently as a mortgage loan officer with German American Bank. Austin volunteers with the Boys and Girls Club and United Way of Southern Indiana. He graduated from Henderson Community College and the 2012 Henderson Leadership Initiative. Jon Lutgring has been hired as an assistant controller. He has 15 years of banking experience and a certified public accountant designation. Lutgring obtained both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Indiana University. Robert Wies has been hired as a fraud and loss prevention officer. He previously served as a criminal investigator with the Vangerburgh County Prosecutor’s Office, as well as 10 years as a financial crimes detective for the Evansville Police Department and as a task force officer with the U.S. Secret Service.
