Hoosier Banker 111 Jared Stillwell has joined the bank as commercial/ ag banking officer. He most recently served as a tax staff accountant with a firm in Lafayette. He previously served in 2019 as a summer float teller at The Farmers Bank. Stillwell earned bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Purdue University. Carroll Valentino has been promoted to senior vice president, operations and risk management. She joined the bank in 2005, most recently serving as information security officer. Valentino has 30 years of banking industry experience, specializing in external and internal auditing and various operational risk management roles. She is a certified public accountant and a graduate of Purdue University. THE FARMERS BANK / Frankfort Dan Barnard has joined the bank as branch manager. He has 12 years of experience in the financial services industry. Barnard has volunteered with numerous organizations, including Boy Scouts of America; Junior Achievement; and PACE, a community re-entry organization for those transitioning out of incarceration. Crimes Unit of the Chicago Police Department and as a task force officer with the FBI since 2016. Greenwood is an advisory board member of Camp Awana in Wisconsin. He earned a bachelor’s degree from the Moody Bible Institute and an MBA from Saint Xavier University, where he received an academic achievement award in financial fraud analysis. James Gucinski has joined the bank as vice president of mortgage banking, working out of the Keystone location. He has over 25 years of banking experience, including retail management and mortgage loan origination. Gucinski has done volunteer work with Junior Achievement of Central Indiana, Habitat for Humanity, the Indiana Multiple Sclerosis Society and Riley Hospital for Children. Rachael Rice has joined the bank as trust officer. She has seven years of banking experience, most recently managing a trust department at a community bank in Michigan for four years.
