Hoosier Banker 113 ADVERTISERS INDEX NWSB / Charlestown Chris Bottorff has joined the bank (formerly The New Washington State Bank) as executive vice president/chief strategy officer, serving as the head of credit administration. With more than 30 years of financial services experience, he began his banking career in Jeffersonville as a college student and later served in Clark and Floyd counties in roles ranging from teller to collections. Most recently, Bottorff was chief sales officer and southern region president of an Indiana-based credit union. DiCicco has been named vice president of lending. He has served as a loan officer since joining the bank in 2021. DiCicco earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Trine University. He also serves as head coach of the Angola High School hockey team and a volunteer coach for the Trine University club hockey program. COMMUNITY FIRST BANK OF INDIANA Kokomo Esther Bryant has joined the bank as assistant vice president, commercial lender. She has five years of industry experience with a focus on alternative lending. Bryant is a graduate of Ball State University. Adam Pleva has joined the bank as vice president, commercial lender. He has nearly 20 years of industry experience, including work with insurance agents/brokers and franchise sales. Pleva is a graduate of Ball State University and has attained the rank of Eagle Scout. HB Bottorff earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and an MBA from Webster University.
