She has been with the bank since 2001, most recently serving as deposit operations officer. Korreckt is a board member of the Logansport Cass County Chamber of Commerce, past chair and secretary for Logan’s Landing, a past board member for Junior Achievement and member of the Indiana Bankers Association’s Future Leadership Division. Kelley Platt has joined the bank as loan processor. She is new to the banking profession after two years in retail and seven years as a gymnastics coach at Logansport High School. COMMUNITY FIRST BANK OF INDIANA / Kokomo Austin Schultz has joined the bank as vice president, commercial lender. He brings 18 years of banking experience and has specialized in commercial lending since 2009. Schultz serves on the board of directors for several local organizations, including the Forrest Hills Country Club, University of Indianapolis Greyhound Club and Forrest Hills Historical Foundation. He graduated from the University of Indianapolis and the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Darcy Stair has joined the bank as assistant vice president, branch manager of the Oak Ridge banking center in Westfield. She brings 10 years of banking and sales experience. Stair volunteers with Junior Achievement, OneZone Chamber of Commerce and Girl Scouts of Central Indiana. She graduated from Indiana University-Kokomo, the TrueU Leader in Training program and the Manchester University Leadership Development Program. She has 21 years of experience in banking, including 15 years specifically in commercial banking. Outside the bank, Swogger serves on the executive board of directors for GiveHear, board of directors for Summit City Sluggers, and has volunteered for seven years as a “big” for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northeast Indiana.
