She has been in banking for 10 years, including five at Centier. Hunter serves as secretary on the Junior Achievement of Elkhart County Board of Directors, treasurer for the Eastwood Elementary School Parent Teacher Association and is an ambassador for the Greater Elkhart Chamber of Commerce. Michel Alvarez has been promoted to branch manager. She has been with the bank since 2017. Alvarez has served on several community boards including Women in Business with the Goshen Chamber of Commerce, Goshen’s Emerging Leaders and Dress for Success. She was awarded the Ambassador Chair and the Member Volunteer of the Year by the Goshen Chamber of Commerce in 2020. Alvarez completed the Goshen Chamber of Commerce’s leadership program in the spring of 2022. Casey Wilson has joined the bank as mortgage loan officer. She brings more than 20 years of experience in real estate with a focus on mortgage lending. Wilson serves as secretary on the board of trustees for the Carmel Public Library. She has been with the bank since 2017, most recently serving as FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK / Rochester Stephanie Tatum has been promoted to assistant vice president-information technology. She has been in the bank’s IT department for two years with 16 total years of IT experience. Tatum graduated with two degrees from Purdue University. Meg Waddell has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator, Community Reinvestment Act liaison based out of its Elkhart branch. She has more than 30 years of professional experience including mortgage, retail banking and not-for-profit lending. Waddell serves on the Builders Association of Elkhart County’s Build Your Future Committee, Elkhart County Drug Free Partnership Board and Trey Gray HD Foundation Board, and volunteers with the Elkhart County Boys and Girls Club, LaCasa Inc. and Crossroads United Way. She graduated from Ivy Tech Community College and Purdue University, is a certified branch manager through the Indiana Bankers Association and holds an Indiana real estate brokers license.
