She has 24 years of experience in the accounting industry. Gremelspacher serves as secretary of the Acacia Academy Board of Directors. She earned her bachelor’s degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Steve Hickey has been promoted to senior vice president, credit manager for commercial loans. He is a long-running team captain for the American Cancer Society’s Relay for Life event in Howard County, and volunteer for the Salvation Army and Greater Kokomo Downtown Association. Hickey has 36 years of experience in the financial services industry since graduating from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Tracy Herr has been promoted to vice president, controller. She has 30 years of experience in the financial services industry and an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Herr serves as treasurer for the Greentown Volunteer Fire Department. Lainey Schroer has been promoted to vice president, marketing/ communications manager. Schroer earned her bachelor’s degree from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business, completed the American Bankers Association Bank Marketing School and is a graduate of Leadership Kokomo. Taylor Claypool has been promoted to assistant vice president, deposit operations supervisor. She has eight years of experience in the financial services industry. Sally Duke has been promoted to assistant vice president, bank travel officer. She has 37 years of experience in financial services, including 26 years specifically leading bank travel. Duke is on the board of directors for the Kokomo Park Band, a member of the Eastern High School Choral Boosters and serves as choir director for her church. Rick Powell has been promoted to assistant vice president, project manager. He serves as a trustee of the Tipton Community Theatre and is the former board president of the Tipton Community School Corporation. Powell graduated from Ball State University. CJ Clingler has been promoted to bank officer, deputy compliance officer. She is a dedicated CASA volunteer and a member of the 41st cohort of Leadership Kokomo. Clingler has worked in financial services for five years since graduating from Ball State University. Autumn Grist has been promoted to bank officer, loan operations supervisor. Her career began in retail management, but she has worked in financial services since 2019. Grist coached Lewis Cass Youth League baseball and softball for the past five years and volunteers with Kokomo’s We Care Telethon annual fundraiser. Sarah Pitzer has been promoted to bank officer, training coordinator. She has degrees from Indiana University and Indiana Wesleyan University.
