Hoosier Banker 53 Tessa Trigg has been promoted to assistant vice president, electronic services. She has 12 years of experience in electronic services and cash management, with 28 years of banking experience overall, including wealth management, business services and branch manager. Trigg earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University-South Bend. Amanda Kindig has been promoted to banking officer, branch administration. With 21 years of banking experience including training and management, she manages retail deposit functions in all four regions of the bank. Kindig is a member of the Three Rivers Chamber of Commerce and serves as an ambassador. Amanda York has been promoted to assistant vice president, Bank Secrecy Act officer. She joined the bank in 2019 as a trainee and has since held positions as audit liaison and, most recently, BSA assistant. York has served as secretary to the Board of Directors since July 2020 and also oversees shareholder relations. Merritt has been promoted to marketing specialist. Since joining the bank in 2018, she has served as a personal banker, universal banker and marketing assistant. He has been with the bank for nearly 25 years and will now manage the business lending team in the Goshen region.
