Ben Jefferis has been promoted to senior vice president, commercial real estate group manager. He has been with the bank for five years and has 20 years of experience in the financial industry. Jefferis is a member of the Fishers Town Hall Building Corporation. He earned his master’s degree from Oakland City University. Timothy W. Schooler has joined the bank as senior vice president, market president. He joins the bank with more than 20 years of banking experience, specializing in commercial lending. Schooler is a board member for Homestead and a community investment committee member for United Way. He graduated from the University of Evansville. April Bowers has joined the bank as vice president, treasury management sales officer. She has nearly 20 years of banking experience and is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals. Bowers earned her bachelor’s degree from Harrison College and has the certified treasury professional designation. Humair Chowdhry has joined the bank as vice president, commercial lender. He has 17 years of Indiana banking experience since graduating from Indiana University-Fort Wayne. Chowdhry volunteers with Greater Fort Wayne’s Leadership Fort Wayne, the Fort Wayne Driving Club, Builders Contractors Association, Islamic Center of Fort Wayne, 13 Step House and Habitat for Humanity of Greater Fort Wayne. Brad Duncan has been promoted to vice president, business banker. He has been with the bank since 2016, previously working as branch manager, small business banker and assistant vice president. Duncan serves on the advisory board for the Boone County Humane Society. He graduated from Purdue University. Clay Koehler has been promoted to vice president, business banker. He has been with the bank since 2020. Koehler is a member of the West Lafayette Parks Foundation Board of Directors and serves on the business school advisory board for Ivy Tech.
