Hoosier Banker 49 Brian Troutt has joined the bank as vice president, commercial lender. He has more than a decade of banking experience, including real estate, agricultural, and commercial and industrial lending. Trout serves as treasurer for the Little River Wetlands Project. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Jessica Watts has joined the bank as vice president, public funds officer, with 26 years of banking experience. She is a member of the Chesterton Duneland Kiwanis Club, volunteer for the Duneland YMCA and Duneland Schools, and a member of the Michigan City Chamber of Commerce. Watts earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University East, and the accredited ACH professional (AAP) designation from Nacha, which governs the ACH network. Raymond J. Berger has joined the bank as mortgage loan officer, construction lending specialist. He has 15 years of experience in residential mortgage origination and served as president of the Future Funding Corporation. Berger is involved with the Chatham Hills Golf Club and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Indiana. He graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Linda Risch has been promoted to community relations officer. She joined the bank in 2019 as branch manager and has a total of 13 years of banking experience. Risch won the bank’s Servant Heart Award in 2022 and leads the bank’s Centier To You financial education courses at Dove Recovery House for Women, Habitat for Humanity and the Hamilton County Jail. She graduated from the Indiana University Kelley School of Business. Alison Flores has joined the bank as branch manager. She has 20 years of banking experience including customer service, management, operations, lending and community partnerships. Flores earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University Northwest and is a certified notary. Christie King has joined the bank as branch manager. She previously worked as a universal banker and branch manager at a national financial institution after 15 years as an elementary and middle school teacher. King leverages her experience as a teacher to promote financial literacy to her clients. Todd Wilkins has joined the bank as branch manager. He has 15 years of community banking experience and has served on multiple boards and commissions in the greater Lafayette area, including being appointed by the mayor to serve on the traffic commission. Wilkins serves as a delegate for Tippecanoe County, serves on the finance committee of the Lafayette Transitional Housing Center and participates in Leadership Lafayette. He has previously served with Tippy Connect Young Professionals, Greater Lafayette Commerce and the Tippecanoe Arts Federation. Wilkins earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Jessie Wylie has been promoted to branch manager. She has been with the bank since January 2022 after working in the retail industry for 14 years. Wylie serves as acting treasurer of the Business Network International Group. She graduated from Ivy Tech and Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis. Artavia Franklin has joined the bank as community lender. She has 10 years of mortgage lending and community banking experience. GARRETT STATE BANK Rachel Haynes has been promoted to retail banking officer, main office branch manager. She first joined the bank in 2018 as an assistant branch manager and most recently served as branch manager. Haynes is a board member of the DeKalb County 4-H Council, DeKalb Young Farmers, Garrett Public Library Board of Trustees and DeKalb Future Farmers of America Ag Advisory Board. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement, the United Way and Ashley/Hudson Community Festivals. Haynes earned her bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Britnee Gipple has been promoted to branch manager. She first joined the bank in 2022 as a teller and operations specialist. Gipple is president of the Ashley-Hudson Community Foundation and the Ashley-Hudson Ball League, and a board member for the Town of Ashley. She also volunteers with Junior Achievement and the United Way. UNITED FIDELITY BANK Evansville Chris Herr has been promoted to vice president, loan officer. He has been with the bank since September 2021.
