Jana Ledbetter has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator with 25 years of financial industry experience, specializing in mortgage lending. She sits on two committees with the North Central Indiana Association of REALTORS® and co-hosts the annual Todd Hite Memorial Golf Outing to raise funds for the Marshall County Neighborhood Center. LAKE CITY BANK / WARSAW Richard Delks has been promoted to first vice president, senior wealth advisor. He has been with the bank for nine years. Delks is board president of the Elkhart Unit of the Boys and Girls Club of Elkhart County. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Chad Glassburn has been promoted to first vice president, commercial banking officer. He has been with the bank for eight years. Glassburn earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. Rodney Hooley has been promoted to first vice president, agribusiness manager. He has been with the bank for 18 years. Hooley is a Nappanee Rotary Club board member, and a board member at Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church and United Missionary Loans and Investments. He also volunteers with the Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church. Hooley earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Eric Wagoner has been promoted to first vice president, core banking operations manager. He has been with the bank for 20 years. Wagoner serves as board chair of the Warsaw Salvation Army Advisory Board and volunteers with the Warsaw Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary. Brooke Bentley has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Kendallville office. She has been with the bank for 25 years. Bentley serves as vice president of the Noble County Council on Aging and volunteers with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) as a tax preparer. She earned her associate degree from International Business College. Andrew Dance has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Fort Wayne North office. He has been with the bank for three years. He volunteers with Lutheran Social Services of Indiana (LSSI) and Junior Achievement. Dance attended DePauw University, Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne and Ball State University. Corbin Holtsberry has been promoted to vice president, agribusiness banking officer. He has been with the bank for seven years. Holtsberry is board treasurer of the City County Athletic Complex (CCAC), a Kosciusko Chamber of Commerce ambassador and board member of the Warsaw Breakfast Optimist Club, and volunteers with the Argos Children’s Resale. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Kristi Manwaring has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Fort Wayne Jefferson office. She has been with the bank for five years. Manwaring is a volunteer coach with Girls on the Run and also volunteers with Lutheran Social Services of Indiana (LSSI), Junior Achievement and the Chapel. Carolyn Ross has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Columbia City office. She has been with the bank for 16 years. Ross is an advisory board member of the MultiCounty Medical Outreach Clinic and a Finance Committee member of the Whitley County Chamber of Commerce. She also volunteers with the Whitley County Jail Chemical Addiction Program. Becka Turnbow has been promoted to vice president, enterprise risk management officer. She has been with the bank for 10 years. Turnbow earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University–Purdue University Fort Wayne and a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University.
