Hooley is a Nappanee Rotary Club board member, and a board member at Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church and United Missionary Loans and Investments. He also volunteers with the Brenneman Memorial Missionary Church. Hooley earned his bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Eric Wagoner has been promoted to first vice president, core banking operations manager. He has been with the bank for 20 years. Wagoner serves as board chair of the Warsaw Salvation Army Advisory Board and volunteers with the Warsaw Salvation Army Women’s Auxiliary. Brooke Bentley has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Kendallville office. She has been with the bank for 25 years. Bentley serves as vice president of the Noble County Council on Aging and volunteers with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) as a tax preparer. She earned her associate degree from International Business College. Andrew Dance has been promoted to vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Fort Wayne North office. He has been with the bank for three years. He volunteers with Lutheran Social Services of Indiana (LSSI) and Junior Achievement.
