Luke Weick has been promoted to vice president, marketing manager. He has been with the bank for two years. Weick volunteers as a development committee member and scholarship application reviewer with Questa Education Foundation. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University Fort Wayne. Nick Brewer has joined the bank as assistant vice president, operations business analyst officer with seven years of financial institution experience. He is a member of the Association of Indiana Councils, serves on the board of the Whitley County Chamber of Commerce and volunteers with Junior Achievement of Northern Indiana. Brewer has a master’s degree from the University of Saint Francis. Ashley Bridges has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer, at the bank’s Indianapolis North office. She has been with the bank for nine years. Bridges is a member of the Westfield and OneZone chambers of commerce and volunteers at Prevail Inc. She earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Wendy Brown has been promoted to assistant vice president, client protection services assistant manager. She has been with the bank for seven years and volunteers with the bank’s Reality Store. Brown earned an associate degree from Ivy Tech Community College. Greg Emmack has been promoted to assistant vice president, investment representative for Lake City Investments. He has been with the bank for six years and volunteers at his church. Emmack earned his bachelor’s degree from Western Illinois University and holds the Series 7 and 66 FINRA registrations as well as the Indiana Life and Health Insurance License. Adam Esterline has been promoted to assistant vice president, wealth advisory officer, serving the Warsaw area. He has been with the bank for two years. Esterline is on the board of elders at his church and volunteers with Junior Achievement. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and a master’s degree from Olivet Nazarene University. Codie Gluchowski has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Jimtown office. She has been with the bank for nine years. Gluchowski is a 2024 candidate in the Elkhart County Leadership Academy. She volunteers with Junior Achievement and teaches Money Smart classes. Kyle Grimm has been promoted to assistant vice president, special assets officer. He has been with the bank for nine years. Grimm volunteers coaching little league sports in the Ligonier community, and occasionally umpires little league baseball and softball games. Grimm also volunteers occasionally with the bank’s Reality Stores. He earned a bachelor’s degree from Trine University. Kristen Heiman has been promoted to assistant vice president, payroll and benefits officer. She has been with the bank for four years. Heiman volunteers with Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA). She earned an associate degree and certificate in fundamental payroll from Ivy Tech Community College. Brit Hollopeter has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail loan operations assistant manager. She has been with the bank for six years. Hollopeter volunteers with Junior Achievement BizTown and the bank’s Reality Store. Kourtney Jackson has been promoted to assistant vice president, retail banking officer, in the bank’s Shipshewana office. She has been with the bank for seven years.
