Trenton Cooper has been promoted to senior loan administration officer. He has been with the bank for three years and volunteers with his church. Cooper earned a bachelor’s degree from Ball State University. Kelli Hatfield has been promoted to trust tax officer. She has been at the bank for four years. Hatfield volunteers with Junior Achievement and the Kosciusko Community Foundation Scholarship Committee. Brandon Krutsch has been promoted to senior loan administration officer for the Elkhart area. He has been with the bank for four years and volunteers with the Northern Indiana Mountain Bike Association (NIMBA). Krutsch earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana University South Bend. Kelsey Nelson has been promoted to loan systems application officer. She has been with the bank for 10 years. Nelson volunteers with the Kosciusko County Community Foundation by helping review scholarships as well as with Kids Market Inc. because she wants to provide young people in the community with opportunities to succeed. Maxxwell Sell has been promoted to business banking officer. He has been with the bank for three years and volunteers with the bank’s Reality Store as well as Junior Achievement. Sell earned a bachelor’s degree from Indiana Tech. LOGANSPORT SAVINGS BANK Chad Handschu has been promoted to information security and IT officer. He first joined the bank in 2021 as IT administrator after 15 years working in the IT industry, including a prior role with the Logansport Community School Corporation. Handschu continues to serve as head coach for the Logansport High School boys and girls track and field teams, and volunteers as an assistant coach for the LHS boys cross country team. Jennifer Savini has been promoted to retail banking officer. She first joined the bank in 2021 as a new accounts/customer service representative. Savini served as the United Way of Cass County’s campaign chair last year and is a current board member for the Salvation Army 360 Life Center and Kiwanis Club of Logansport and serves as lieutenant governor for the Arrowhead Division of Kiwanis International. She earned her bachelor’s degree from Ball State University and a certification in teller operations from the Indiana Bankers Association. MERCHANTS BANK OF INDIANA / CARMEL Francisco Guzman has joined the bank as affordable lending loan officer. As a bilingual professional, he will play a valuable role in supporting Spanishspeaking customers. He also brings experience from the manufacturing industry. Guzman earned his bachelor’s degree from Wabash College. OLD NATIONAL BANK / EVANSVILLE Al London joined the bank in March as senior vice president, community impact director. He has nearly 30 years of experience in the banking industry, including branch management, consumer banking and area management. London serves on the boards of the Indianapolis Urban League and the Indiana Black Expo. PREMIER BANK / DEFIANCE, OH Tammy Chmielewski has been promoted to vice president, retail district manager with 28 years of banking experience. She joined the bank in 2020 as branch manager. Chmielewski is a member of the Montpelier Chamber of Commerce. She is licensed in Ohio Life, Health and Annuities and holds her Series 6, Series 63 and SIE licenses.
