STAR BANK / FORT WAYNE Thomas Marcuccilli has been named director of marketing and communications. He joined the bank in 2013 as vice president and later senior vice president of retail banking. Before joining the bank, he had experience in sales and advertising outside the banking industry. Marcuccilli is on the foundation board at Ivy Tech Community College and the board of the Fort Wayne Civic Theater. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Loyola University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Jeff Coil has joined the bank as senior investment officer. He served on the finance committees of the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne and Mother’s Hope, the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne’s board of directors, and volunteers with Junior Achievement, Real Men Read and Meals on Wheels. Coil earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University–Fort Wayne, passed level one of the CFA, earned Series 6, 7, 63 and 65 licensing and is a fellow of the Life Office Management Institute. UNITED FIDELITY BANK / EVANSVILLE Bethany Alldredge has joined the bank as assistant vice president, lending quality assurance and training specialist. She comes to the bank with six years of experience in commercial lending. WAYNE BANK AND TRUST COMPANY / RICHMOND Justin Ratz has been promoted to senior vice president, chief credit officer. He has been with the bank for six years, starting as a commercial lending officer; followed by vice president, commercial loan officer; and vice president, commercial credit manager. Ratz earned his bachelor’s degree from Indiana University and completed the Graduate School of Banking at the University of WisconsinMadison, where he also earned a certificate of executive leadership.
