Bankers on THE MOVE CENTIER BANK / MERRILLVILLE Brian O’Meara has joined the bank as senior vice president, chief marketing officer. He has nearly 30 years of banking industry experience, particularly in digital banking and marketing, as well as sales, call center management and product development. O’Meara studied at Franklin & Marshall College, the University of Illinois at Chicago and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Linda Davidson has been promoted to vice president, director of compliance. She has been with the bank since May 2022. Davidson earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University and is a certified regulatory compliance manager through the American Bankers Association. Dakita L. Jones has been promoted to vice president of community relations. She first joined the bank in 2003 as a teller, working her way up to assistant branch manager and branch manager. She has served as manager of community relations, the bank’s philanthropic arm, since 2022. Jones has two bachelor’s degrees from Purdue University and a master’s degree from Indiana Wesleyan University. Todd Wilkins has been promoted to assistant vice president, community retail manager. He first joined the bank in 2022 as a branch manager with 15 years of community banking experience. Wilkins was appointed by the mayor to serve on Lafayette’s traffic commission, serves as a delegate for Tippecanoe County, serves on the finance committee of LTHC Homeless Services (formerly Lafayette Transitional Housing Services) and is currently going through the Leadership Lafayette program. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University. Mike McKean has been promoted to assistant vice president, loan operations officer. He first joined the bank in 2017 as a commercial loan booking and reporting associate before being promoted in 2019 to loan operations officer. McKean has more than 15 years of loan operations experience. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Illinois State University. Ann Grace has joined the bank as branch manager with 25 years of experience. Molly Hershenhouse has joined the bank’s marketing department as lending and credit card business line manager. She has more than 20 years of marketing experience. Lupita Nuñez has joined the bank as a small business banker with 10 years of experience as a personal banker, branch manager and business banker. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration. COMMUNITY FIRST BANK OF INDIANA / KOKOMO Vanessa Spicer has joined the bank as vice president, core banking support analyst. This is her second time being employed by the bank, previously serving as a leader in the operations department.
