Zach Lundin has joined the bank as a mortgage loan officer. He has 10 years of direct mortgage experience, with an extensive background as a loan processor and loan officer in addition to four years in the residential construction industry. Lundin volunteers by coaching with various youth organizations, including the Noblesville Youth Baseball League, Noblesville Elementary Football League and the Boys & Girls Club of Noblesville. CROSSROADS BANK / WABASH Rob Spencer has joined the bank as vice president, mortgage loan originator with more than 25 years of mortgage industry experience. He is a member of the Builders Association of North Central Indiana and the Kosciusko Board of REALTORS.® Spencer earned his MBA from Portland State University. Katie Beauchamp has joined the bank as marketing director. She is on the Wabash County Museum Board of Directors and serves on committees for the Wabash County Scholarship Pageant, Founders Fest Little Miss & Mister Pageant, Kunkel Cruise-In and Chili for Charity. Beauchamp earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Kokomo. FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK / EVANSVILLE Kiana Hardiman has been promoted to banking center manager trainee. She joined the bank in 2020, most recently serving as retail relationship banker. Hardiman has an associate degree in law enforcement. Hannah Keown has been promoted to retail market trainer. She joined the bank in 2018, most recently serving as retail relationship banker. Keown earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Evansville. Ashley Lefler has been promoted to retail relationship banker. She joined the bank in 2023, most recently serving as retail banker associate. Aislinn Moore has been promoted to retail relationship banker. She joined the bank in January 2022, most recently serving as retail banker associate. Kristie Wedding has been promoted to retail relationship banker. She joined the bank in 2021, most recently serving as retail banker associate. FIRST SAVINGS BANK / JEFFERSONVILLE Megan Janes has joined the bank as vice president, commercial loan officer, with 13 years of experience in the financial industry, including five years as a commercial lender. She is actively involved in her community, serving as a member of the Harrison County Hospital Foundation and is a Harrison County Chamber ambassador. Janes earned her bachelor’s degree from Indiana University. GERMAN AMERICAN BANK / JASPER Scott Powell has been promoted to executive vice president, chief credit officer. He first joined the bank through the 2018 acquisition of First Security Bank, Evansville, where he served as an executive and chief credit officer. He currently serves as regional credit officer.
