DEPARTMENT CONT. HENDRICKS COUNTY BANK & TRUST COMPANY / BROWNSBURG Kenzith Andrew has been promoted to an officer of the bank. He first joined the bank in 2021 as a loan officer. Andrew earned his bachelor’s degree from Butler University and has completed the IBA’s consumer lending course. HORIZON BANK / MICHIGAN CITY David Pendley has been appointed president of the bank’s mortgage banking division. He has more than 30 years of experience in mortgage sales, operations, secondary markets and process design. Craig Bull has joined the bank as vice president, senior commercial loan officer with 26 years of commercial banking experience, including commercial credit, commercial and industrial lending, and commercial real estate lending. Bull is a longtime supporter and former board member of Junior Achievement of Mid-Michigan, currently serves on the board of the DeWitt Youth Baseball and Softball Association, and coaches youth baseball, softball and basketball. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Central Michigan University. Brian Jankins has joined the bank as vice president, sales manager. He has more than 30 years of commercial equipment finance experience ranging from risk management and portfolio quality to sales and leadership. Steve Post has joined the bank as capital and middle markets manager with more than 30 years of commercial equipment and asset finance experience, including credit/risk management, bank operations and portfolio oversight. He is Greenbelt Six Sigma certified. KENTLAND BANK Kaitlin Popplewell has been promoted to branch manager. She first joined the bank in September 2018 as a part-time teller, expanding to full-time in November 2021. Most recently, she has served as an assistant branch manager since December 2022. Popplewell volunteers with the Lake Village Library and at elementary school events. LAKE CITY BANK / WARSAW Michael O. Jenkins has joined the bank as vice president, investment representative with 12 years of financial services experience. He serves as treasurer at the Volunteer Center in Fort Wayne. Jenkins earned his bachelor’s degree from Purdue University – Fort Wayne, and holds the Series 7 and Series 66 registrations as well as the Indiana Life and Health Insurance license. Noah S. Blakesley has joined the bank as security analyst officer. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Grace College and holds the CompTIA A+ certification. MERCHANTS BANK OF INDIANA / CARMEL Matthew Holmes has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator with 20 years of experience in all facets of the mortgage industry. He earned two bachelor’s degrees from Ball State University. Benjamin Parker has joined the bank as mortgage loan originator with nearly 20 years of mortgage lending experience.
